Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website, operated by KegVest ("KegVest", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who can buy

KegVest products are designed for use with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and are sold only to adults aged 21 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may cancel orders where we believe this isn't the case.

2. Our products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. The KegVest is party gear: it is not a flotation device, life jacket or safety equipment and must not be used in or near water as a swimming aid.

3. Responsible use

Please drink responsibly and follow the laws on alcohol where you live. Never drink and drive or operate vehicles or machinery after drinking. Follow the cleaning instructions, rinse the vest after each use and let it dry completely before storing it. Don't use the vest if it's damaged or leaking.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency, and shipping is free. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; if you've already paid, you'll get a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our 30-day Good Times Guarantee, your statutory rights and how to return an item are explained in our Refund Policy.

8. Faulty products and liability

If a product is faulty, we'll repair, replace or refund it as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by misuse of the product, including use contrary to section 3.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the KegVest name, logo, photos and text, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

11. Contact and complaints

Email ze17ursmurf@gmail.com with any question or complaint. We usually reply within 24 hours on business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
